I can't believe I constructed a subway scene out of nothing but the poser cube prop... and it's turning out surprisingly well... Anyway, after I added all the cubes, I parented them together and created a figure... but it doesn't build a UV map that lets you use the same textures as you could when it was all just a bunch of props.. I think that's something I'm going to go back and play with after I get this scene rendered out... Sacred Truth Chapter 1 is almost over... In "Chapter 2 - The Book" a lot of background about the characters is going to be revealed... Hopefully it will be pretty nifty.

Looks very interesting! Can't wait till it's finished. Hey, you should give yourself some more room on your poser desktop by juggling around your perimeter bars and moving your Light Controls, Camera Controls, and Document Display Style bar. Then you can have a much bigger image area to work with. Happy posing... Radart.

yeah! just LOOK at all that wasted space! grab the titles of things and drag 'em around.... ooh, neat! ;) (heck, i got stuff stacked on top of each other.) (er... im gonna assume the subway looks awesome... its too dark for me to see anything but those two faint pale rectangular poster/whatever thingies over on the right.) :)

Yeah... I could use a larger window... But it would just frustrate me since the comic is 512x512...

But your Vamps would be so much bigger!? All the more bite, wouldn't you say?? Radart,(took me 15 minutes to get here and now it'll take another 15 to post this, sigh! That darn Zygote devil curse!)

As the resident New Yorker I'd like to add that I do SEE the train station in there...if you look to the upper right side you will see (past the munchkin) the posters up on the wall. I grew up on the NYC trains so I have an eye for seeing down those dark tunnels (to check if the next train is coming). There definitely is something there...and if you look at the characters they are stepping off what appears to be a platform and onto the train tracks....looks like they plan to "ride the light" the hard way! Say...where IS Ruth located? What city? Where in the world does this adventure/story/better than my life to date/ comic take place? PAN~

Just thought I would mention...if you get a stain on that PAN.WARE...I'll have our best men work on a cleaning solution for you. hehehehe Sorta off topic here but I am currently viewing this all through the NEW FEDERATION 21's main window...it's kinda neat seeing the whole PFO shrunk into a nice lil' package in one viewable box. I don't have to look all the way to the left for stuff or all the way to the right....it's all centered and within view...hmm..guess I'll have to present the new F21 to everyone soon.... PAN~

As to the city... Could be New York... Could be Chicago.. Could be Gothom... It's not really defined..

Tygerlander ( ) posted Wed, 22 September 1999 at 11:41 AM

Techincally, if it was in NYC you'd need a lot of track litter and the like. You'll also need a sign stating that this area was treated with pesticide and rodenticide. Either that or have a critter running around on the track. =^D Seriously though, it took me awhile to see the platform. I think it needs to be a bit higher from the track. But that's just me Tina NYC Subway rider

eww..show some big apple pride sweety! haha...rodenticide? What da 'eck? Hmm...maybe I shouldn't talk it's been a while since I moved out of the 'city' part to become a recluse in the 'burbs.... Say what train do you ride Tina? :) PAN~

Tygerlander ( ) posted Wed, 22 September 1999 at 12:26 PM
