I sure must have my dummy hat on as I have 2 gift certificates in my account and for the life of me I can't seem to be able to find out how to use them..
I have ended up putting the  2 items I want into my wish list so I can find them again..

I went to my members then My Account, clicked on Gift Certificates.. the 2 certificates are there..
I highlighted one code..clicked on copy..went to the Cart...

Now this is where I am lost..in the instructions I am supposed to copy the code into the Gift Certificate Field of Check Out and hit apply button..I can't find them??????

It said this must be done before check-out...could someone please walk me through this..I have until the 30th November to do it.....

Okay first make sure you have the correct GC code that is NOT expired (it will be the one that says it expires 11/30/2008)  Then copy the code exactly, no leading or trailing spaces..it has to be exact.  Put your items you want to purchase in your shopping cart.  Start the checkout process and on STEP 3 of the checkout process you will see this

Gift Certificate:           

A blank field will be beside the "GIFT CERTIFICATE" then an APPLY button.

I tried to copy and paste it so you would see exactly what it looks like but it wouldn't let me..sorry

Paste your Gift Certificate code in this field and hit the apply button.  You will see to the right where it puts the 5.00 to deduct from your order total.  If you owe anything after the 5.00 GC is applied you will pick at the bottom whatever payment method you are using to complete the rest of your payment (either paypal or credit card) then Place order!!

ok it says i have a 5$ gift certificate waiting for me now when i go to use it i can't find the code under my account and then gift certificates

Please read completely the information on the Front page article (link below) as you had to be registered as a member by Nov 17th to get the gift certificate. You joined the site yesterday (the 21st) so unfortunately your account would not be included in this particuliar give away.
