Subject: Texture in UV view

Hi, all

Because in the UV View don't see the textures applicate on the shaders ?

Select the face and aplicate UV planar but the texture in UV View don't see.

In the carrara 6 the texture to see .

If not using procedural you need to turn on the texture view like you do in the Assembler Room. Here its working fine.

Look the image. You need to click in the texture option display (the ball icon) and you still can adjust the texture size display in the other marked button.

Not a bug... look that your texture will be showed inside the grid, that is the UV area, so you need to reduce your UVMap to fit inside the grid.

Not all textures show up in the UV view.  Bricks/tiles don't.  But most Enchance:C textures do.

Sometimes you have to guess how big to make your UV's so that the shaders look good on your objects.  Or re-scale your shaders to make them look good with your UV's.

In Blender (open source) is perfect texture UV

In Carrara 6.2 is perfect texture UV

In Carrara 7.0 not perfect.

No No good.
