Order #111520731 was purchased as a gift for me and when I received the notification and went to download the items, each said the same thing "you have exceeded the number of downloads allowed for this product" 

Now I haven't downloaded any of them yet, please set if not reset?

Your downloads have been reset. You should be able download them now.
