Poser can add "motion blur" to an image, but it's really not very satisfactory. If you're comfortable with Photoshopping the picture, you'll probably get better results.Here's a previous discussion with some useful examples and details:

I dont like motion blur - it looks so blatantly gimmicky. It cant be avoided in slow speed cameras, but there isnt much justification for it in a cg image. If you want it to look like a snap-shot out of a sequence use
If you put some thought into 1, 2 nd 3 will contain the 'memory' of what happen just before, and look more convincing and more interesting than any motion blur can achieve.

hi everyone, i have an image i have in my mind, but for it to look its best i will need to add motion to the image. how would i achieve this? i would like my models hair to look as if it is swaying, not just to look static. i know photoshop is an option but is it the only option?
