Subject: Words in pictures
Now why am I not surprised that Bill still has a working turntable and vinyl? :) That's a gorgeous shot - if it were mine, I'd crop off a bit of the bottom and the right-hand side and put it in my gallery! (Of course I approach every picture in the world with the idea of cropping out as much as I can! LOL!) Anyway ... excellent shot, my audiophile friend!

Whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed by it all, I just browse through it again and end up having absolute hysterics - they are SO ORIGINAL!! This appeals very much to my warped sense of humour!
I'm feeling pretty brain dead this morning, so I'm not sure what I'll be contributing today... but you never know! Be prepared! haha

Oh I know what you mean Joe, I had no coffee last week the store couldn't get a delivery because of the snow and ice, not a great deal of snow, but the UK is hopeless at dealing with it, i was like a bear with a bullet wound without my coffee LOL.....Anyway, time for me to hit the shower then eat then back here at rendo for more fun, take care Joe

When I stopped drinking coffee several years ago I titrated down by mixing regular with decaf. You might give it a go! It's not like it's heroin or something. You can cut back a little at a time. :) Be good to yourself!
I love the chip on your shoulder. It puts paid to the old expression, though:

I was originally goin' to use a potato (potatoe?) chip, but wanted to put my own modern swing on the phrase!
BTW...I DID just wake up here...tried for that authetic feel. Note, I'm hand holding my DSLR and kinda shooting blind (my 11-18 wide angle helped) while balancing that damn chip (kept fallin' off my shoulder) Used the 2 second timer to get ready and external wireless flash to add more light!
If I wasn't lazy (or should I say groggy)....I could have made this a helluva lot easier just usin' my tripod. DUH!!!!

I know what you mean there Joe, my compact was easy to piont at yourself and get a reasonable self portrait hand held, but with my EOS, I did find it more difficult and ended up using the tripod too, I must have taken at least ten to fifteen shots hand held, lol, in the end I gave it all up and used a pod, that's the image you see in my avatar, the bigger one is at my homepage.

Anyway, all day at work I kept seeing the light bulb go off over my head and would have to jot down an idea for a word picture.

LOL! now I am getting the e bots :)...this is a great one, and a spooky one too, I was looking to do something with the works CD too, the idea I had was to set fire to it...Fireworks?, but what happens if I need the disk?...but then again there is a plugin...Hmmm..."rubs chin thoughtfully"
