I'm going ahead and rigging the shoes in the example for SP3, and will pass them out as a freebie (probably tomorrow). Enjoy :)
Incidentally, the rigged version of this shoe was not practical, as SP3's rig - the character's rig - appears to be screwed up, it doesn't produce a symmetrical deformation on both feet. So no freebie for these shoes, sorry :)
That's really irritating, I see why Jim Burton was motivated to do Ingenue V3 / Glamourous Vickie (they're specifically rigged for high heels).
