Can M3 clothes beconformed to David?
I just found David on one of my old Hard drives, I quite like the body textures I have for him but never really used him before.

 With Wardrobe Wizard. And possibly Crossdresser (I don't have the latter so I'm not familiar with it)

David is more than a head shorter than Mike....

I prefer David to M3, 107 there's is an M3 morph for David out there,  that might help you too.

If it's just a question of textures, David's maps will work on M3 as far as I know. There may be small detail inaccuracies, but nothing that can't be overcome with a wave of the postwork wand.

To come right out and tell you:  No, out of the box, M3 conforming clothing cannot be conformed onto D3.  The bones are not of the same dimensions, and when you conform M3 clothing onto D3, you'll get wrong deformations.  You can re-rig M3 conforming clothing with tools like Wardrobe Wizard or Crossdresser, or by hand in the Setup room, but some work will definitely be required.
