Unfortunately, for those who don't yet have MayaDoll, she appears not to be available at this time.  This is the MayaDoll creator's website, but the links to MayaDoll are not working.

yes, I think that is a Dynamic Cloth. 

Hisayan clothing can be a mix of conforming and dynamic cloth.

There were other incarnations as well, one for the PreTeen (this was TenTenJ), one for V3, and one for Judy.

I think that sailor suit for NM may be a repeat. I havent checked for sure, but I already have a folder with the same name in my NM files. I think it may have been on one of the blogs earlier this year.
