I'm after some "normal" poses, you know things like holding a clip board or like holding a cup just standing around.
Yea I know I could amke them myself, I'm lazy!
All I can find is model poses or fancy poses or action ones, nothing for normal everyday situations.

when you use poser.. you might wanna use the POSER figure poses ..just a little tweaking..usualy the fingers.. but that work fine..

Poser does contain default poses of everyday activity.  Those might suit your need.

I think the Fixer ran into what I ran into with poses.  Lack of any library structure that makes sense. A couple of years ago I imposed my OWN order on the damned thing.  Now I go to Poses, it has structure like: Male, Female,Droid,Vehicles,Sets,Props,Clothes,Hair,etc

Then :Action poses, (Specific figure poses),Everyday,sitting,running,driving,MAT, and etc.

I think everyone reaches a point with the lousy structure of the Poser libraries and have to impose some kind of structure that has some kind of sense to it.  Having everything under somebody's name when you can barely remember you own is nonsensical to me. (I can barely remember my own some days,btw. :laugh:)

Now I can actually find things without always going to the window's search function for every little thing!

I do have a similar structure joelglaine, but their all pretty much action, model or porno poses [LOL], I do have the everyday ones for the other peeps, I just keep forgetting to look at them [LOL].
I think the big problem is that I just have too much stuff in my runtimes!!

I did,too!  That is why I spent two weeks organizing ALL of my libraries into a solid order where I can find stuff.  Nothing makes me madder at myself than KNOWING I have something right in front of me and not knowing where it is!  SO poses, figures, and props ALL got the axe treatment.

Having all the treasures under the sun does no one any good unless you  can get at them and USE them.  Ya can't take 'em wichoo when ya go!:laugh:

Make sure you download the V4 Partial Poses kit. it gives you a bit more versatility. I also have one coming out soon for V3. I plan to do one for M4, but to be honest, i don't know when I'll get to that.

I downloaded what I didn't have! Thanks for all the poses and partial pose kits.  I noticed the M4/V4 hugs kit.  I have an idea for you--how about a couples pose kit?  NOT "Adult" poses.  I MEAN what couples do in public. Hold hands, Lean against each other in the movie seats, stand with an arm around each other and stuff of similiar kind.  I have found nada looking for anything similiar.

I found tons of adult poses, that are useless, especially when folks are just standing around talking, or when people are just out on the town or something like that.  There are mores to couples touching, than the hot and sweaty kind of pose.:laugh:

There are good animated poses at PoserMocap, including some free everyday actions for various figures. Even if you want to make a still, you can choose the most appropriate frame from an animated pose - think of it as a quick preview facility. It beats loading up one pose after another from the library, looking for the right one. :)

Now I think of it, this would be a good way to distribute still poses. Using the animation controls, you could quickly sweep through the choices by moving the slider.

Honestly? I didn't think there'd be much demand for them. I mean, they're everywhere, in every store. Adam Thwaite does a set regularly at Most-digital. I mean, hey, if you really think people would be interested, I'll give it a shot. And btw, the V4 Male pose set does actually have a few of those kinds of poses. I suppose I could redo them for M4/V4.
