I like that idea! I learn best by mimicing what someone else has done. Just telling me this is how to do it, or reading about it doesn't help me at all.
I would certainly give them a try :)

I agree! I tend to be able to follow video tutorials better than text ones :)

Thanks I'll be downloading tonight looking forward to them !!!n Hey I was wondering if you could answer this as I don't want to go down a path with ERC. What I’ve done, is create ERC morphs for the thighs they work with a normal bend and side-side but when if you use IK it doesn’t work, is there another channel I can use to drive this that works with IK or am I wasting my time.
The only other option is drive the morph with the Y transition of the foot.
Just out of curiosity, I have my own ideas of what to rig for these 3 tutorials (beginner, intermediate, advanced) but would like to hear from you all....
I am purposefully not rigging figures or clothing/armor for figures (Simon, V3-4, etc) because that might limit those who could find the tutorial helpful (not everybody has V4? Blasphemy! lol.).
So what other objects might you want to rig if you could, or go ahead and say what would be your hearts desire to rig...even if it is for a figure.

Hi all.
I have several video tutorials available but they go over models and/or characters that I have created, showing you how I rig them and their clothing and/or armor. Character creation shown in real time.
But here is what I am thinking, it's sometimes difficult to put that into action on your own creation because your creation is different from mine...right? So what about if I create a character/creature/mech-thingy and actually include that modeled obj with the video tutorial...that way when you watch and learn from the video you can actually apply the methods shown in real time on the very same obj that I am working with. No need to transpose the tutorial ideas onto your own mech-thingy when we are both working from the same mech-thingy (or character/creature...you get the idea).
So I was thinking of 3 different tutorials along this basis, 1st one would be easy stuff, 2nd moderate and the 3rd is advanced...all with the obj's included. Pre-modeled, pre-mapped, pre-grouped...everything waiting for you to put your grubby little rigging hands all over them.
So, what do you think?
