Hello.

I remember 100% that I had a IM exchange with one vendor (still active) this year but I can't find those IMs in any folder of site mail. I may archive them away on HD and forget about it but just to be sure - can this kind of situation happen by some, unknown to me, reason?

Hello,

We had sent a message letting everyone know that site mails any older than 6 months would be deleted.

I am almost positive that this is the case since you cannot find them anywhere in your site mail.

But it isn't older then 6 months and I still have some IMs which are older then 6 months in my IMbox.

I remember that 1st April message that warned that all IMs prior to a certain date would be deleted but I never received a warning that now IMs will be deleted automatically.
And I visit this site every day.
