I would go into materials room , and see if the bowtie is a seperate material. If it is then set transparency to 1 , and speciular to black and 0 .

Rather than editing the mesh, it would be easier to make the bow transparent. In the Material Room, select the "Bow" material, set the Defuse_Value and Specular_Value to zero. Set the Transparency_Value to 1.0, and Transparency_Falloff to 0.0. This will make the bow invisible in the rendered image.

If you also want it invisible in preview, in your Render Settings, Preview tab, set "Transparency Display" to "Actual".

Thank you guys this worked fine. Although I would like to find out how to edit a figure. By deleting somethings but saving bones.

If the figure has any morph targets built into it, then changing polygon grouping will trash up the morphs.  Not a trivial task, just hide the material unless you don't have any morph targets built into the figure.

No there are no morphs.

Looking at your models on Turbosquid I suppose you know your way around a modeler - make a backup copy of the base OBJ the figure is loaded from first, then load the base OBJ in your modeler, delete the bow tie, re-save the OBJ.  Depending on how accurately your OBJ importer works, you may have to take extra steps to retain polygon grouping information so that the bones still work.  The UV space that the bow tie took up will of course end up being wasted.
