I've tried several times to downlad without success and now I get a message that tells me "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product."

Could you help me with a reset?

Hello,

I have reset your downloads for you as you requested.

Please be sure to disable any download acelerator/manager you may have running as they do not work with our system.
