I have Bamboo (Wacom) and it works find in DAZ 2.3.xxx, so I would assume it works in DAZ 3.

Images that run around in my head eventually end up in my gallery.

Interesting, because I also have a Bamboo and I cannot deal with the Rotate, Pan, Tilt or Dolly camera controls with my pen.  I was told on another forum that you really need a mouse to keep control of them.  I hardly touch them and I'm looking at a blank space, or it's rotated, panned or tilted too much.  They also only seem to go in one direction, even though the icons on these buttons seem to indicate more then one direction.

If you've figured out how to use these successfully with a pen, please do tell.

Everything else works beautifully with a pen/tablet.
