 If you get an offer to download a programm for rendering faster in UF from deborah 321, then DON'T USE IT! It puts some trojans on your pc that steal your params, so she can post them as "hers"!

Thanks for passing the word on this person. She's here on Rendo and while she may have removed the images I posted about in my journal on dA, the rest of her gallery is intact.  If anyone downloaded her program, I would suggest that they take a look at her gallery and see if anything of theirs in there, though in a slightly modified version. I also strongly suggest cleaning their computers thoroughly.

This http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1965568&user_id=559146&member&np  is an image she uploaded here and that she had the nerve to dedicate to 0Encrypted0, one of the people she stole parameters from.

How strange. There's something about this that doesn't make sense. That person can't be that stupid.

Well, some people are. I've seen rip off's where thieves did not even remove the watermark from the real artist...... ;)

I would say that she's just that stupid. Come to my dA journal from yesterday and read all about her http://lapurr.deviantart.com/journal/27994507/  including the comments.

She did all this for a few minutes of people saying 'Oooooh...pretty!'

If she really did create that malware, she could go to jail. Don't get me wrong. I am not trying to defend her. I am just baffled that anyone would think that they could get away with something like that.

People on dA are wondering how s/he thought s/he could get away with it, too. What this person did is very illegal. Proving exactly who did it is a different matter.

I'm glad I didn't trust her personal mails in the first place. She told me about het kids and a nice weekend, and more. I reported all the mails (5) as spam to the staff, because this person was to eager to let me download this stuff.

...hmmm...now I come to think of it...strange this person knew I hadn't downloaded the program. That is why I got several mails from her (him) asking how nice it would be, if I checked it out... Or did you all get repeated, personal looking mails?

I got two messages from her but didn't install the program because the whole thing sounded fishy --  "hey I love your work and won't you download and run my fractal program"??

um no I don't think so....
