MLP (if you don't mind the abbr.) - did you see the recent animations of TY climbing up and sabotaging that huge war machine? The animation work is not perfect, but TY looks soooo cute in motion!

I'm not sure where I saw them now... maybe they were on YouTube, or perhaps that other Rendo place.

Does anyone else know the animations I mean, and where they are?

I love Terai Yuki!
I lived in Japan for a few years in the early 00s and I was fascinated by her virtual celebrity status in otaku circles. So I bought a few of her artbooks, DVDs and that PS2 video game. I even have a Terai Yuki wall clock from one of those crane catchers.

Actually, she's the reason I was interested in Poser. I found out a few years ago that Terai Yuki was available for purchase for Poser so I bought both her an Poser.

The only thing I don't really like about her is the yellow skin that makes it look like she has jaundice. There are a few vendors that offer TY characters for sale that have much nicer skins. I use those skins but would never EVER think of changing her morph. TY is not like "everywoman" V3 or V4...there is only one TY! Well, two because she's TY2, right?

I bought TY2 from SM when CP changed sites and I was concerned that maybe she wasn't going to come back.

Terai Yuki is one of my favourite Poser characters.

i definitely have to do some more stuff with her, very underrated and yet incredibly cute yuki ^^ .

I'd show you some of my best ones, but I'm not allowed to link to the site (evil grin). I do have to admit that the mesh is among the most bendiest and useful characters alive. Sure, the face could use some more morphs, and sure, I'd love to sit down with D-Form and crank out some morphs for the face (the original is pretty, but some versatility would be cool).

...but, she's cool as hell, I gotta admit (I just barely separated her stuff from my old runtime, and into her own - I actually broke down and wrote a bash script on the Mac).

From what I can see the 2d stuff pre-dates the Terai Yuki we all love,but you can see how similar the characters looked in the end.

Oh, and I popped this one up in my gallery, so if anyone wants to know the items used in the render, they're all there (except the boxes.. I can't remember where I got those. Anyone?).  SaintFox's Tenshi for TY2 texture is easily one of my favorites to use. She doesn't have the jaundiced look that the default texture tends to have in lots of lighting setups... And she gets a wicked back tattoo of wings (which I'm going to work into Miyuna's backstory... We shall see).

Anybody know another site with a lot of good freebies for Terai Yuki? Anything'll do but I'm hoping for some poses.That japanese link is great.  Cash is tight and my posing skills aren't very good.

And can someone possibly post screens so I can join Poserclub.jp? I've heard that got some great stuff but I can't read Japanese.

Thanks. Unfortunately(well not really but I think you know what I mean), I cleaned sione out a long time ago. I've checked everyplace I can find(including a very cool Japanese freebie thread in the Freestuff forum).

I'm trying to find free poses more than clothes, I've searched all the obvious places. I'm hoping someone has chanced across some in their travels.

Oh and, I figured out how to join poserclub after I posted - I just forgot to edit that bit out, sorry. I was disappointed with what I found. I could swear when I couldn't get in they had a massive amount of stuff.

Poserclub indeed had an enormous amount of stuff on their old site-over 30 pages worth that I recall.  Hopefully it comes back in time...
