I use 2 monitors with D|S. If you're on a Mac it's fairly easy to set up in System Preferences. On a PC, I'm sure there is somethinng similar.

Use Quad core with 8G memory & ATI 5770
Poser Pro 7 & Poser 8 Sr3
Daz 3.2 adv 64 bit
It has nothing to do with DAZ and everything to do with your OS, video card, and how you set it up, I use three monitors.

That's how I do it. Because my second monitor is a little smaller than my main monitor, I scale the app window to a size that fits, drag it to the other (smaller) monitor and maximize it on that monitor.
If you are trying to undock toolbars and place those on your other display, I don't think DazStudio can do that. Yet.
Ladiesmen I use dual monitors but I don't think it will do what you want. I use the second monitor to hold the undocked menus and controls so they don't clutter the main screen. Just undock the smaller menus and move them to second or third screen. I use an Nvidia 260 GTX with 1gig of internal ram on cart and two 22" samsungs monitors over dvi cables. Hope this helps
thks for advice and that would be ok what you say. I also want to split menu's from let say layout model screen. It seems DS3 does not have the undock function anymore. I wass able to minimize and then drag DS3 to 2 monitors but that is very rough.
thks me will check again the undock

DS3 does unlock, I've got (most of) my palettes on monitor 2.
Make sure DS3 is maximised to one of your monitors, then drag each palette INTO the model window (ie the one with Victoria or Aiko in). It will then unattach, and you can drag it onto your second monitor. Daz will remember palette positions in each view (load/pose/render), so no need to do this every time.
