Subject: No gift certificate code

Yesterday I bought a gift certificate for someone.  I had it sent to myself so I could print it up and give it as a gift.  The problem is I've never received a gift certificate number, only the order number which is  111691551.  The site says I purchased the certificate and my paypal account sent the payment but I've never received an email telling me what the number is.  Could you check into this and let me know about it please.  Thanks..

What is the username of the person you had intended it to be for?  The code will only work when it's applied to that members account.

The users name is tessalynne but I don't think I had it sent to her.  I had it sent to myself so I could give it as a Christmas gift.

Ah well, it is hard to get problems resolved on a holiday, but I appreciate the thought sweetie and the store will still be here when it gets all straightened out. :)

Just wanted to say thanks to you and Debbie for your quick response.  Teri checked and it showed up just as you said.  I was kind of surprised you responded so quickly.  I figured that it being Christmas you probably wouldn't get to it until at least tomorrow.  I appreciate all the assistance especially today.  Hope you both have a great Christmas.
