Anybody know if it's possible to import jpg tile images into poser 7 and use them as ground cover? And if so how do you do it?
I have Flink's Meadows which in addition to the plant props comes with 5 ground covers in jpg, but I don't know how to get them into poser 7 other than to attach them to a square primitive prop in the material room.
i've written to Flink but have recieved no response to this query.

Have you tried attaching them to the "ground" figure? That's how I've always used Flink's stuff.

When you attach the jpg to the diffuse node, make sure the the drop down menu for "image mapped" is set to "tile". Uncheck "Shadow Catch Only" on the root node if it's checked. You can use U and V scale to adjust the tile size...that's assuming the textures are tileable. If they aren't you just apply the image map as normal...

Thanks for the advice everyone. I got the textures attached - decided to attach it to another ground prop and with a bit of fooling around with the U and V scales I got a decent but not stellar image. Will probably look ok once it is covered with grass and other flowers.
