by the way i bought in the past some excellent aplication (clothing designer) from you & i wonder why you not develop something like i need here ?
some plugin that export from poser to max edit in max & export back to poser without headache goups part & particular lost the conform characterization (cr2) et cetera.
sorry about my einglish in not so good.
I did, it is called OBJ2CR2. You import an OBJ file, run the script and it makes it into a Poser figure ... a CR2. If you purchased the Clothing Designer bundle then you will already have it.
Regarding this model:-
Ensure that you retain the original grouping.
Open the original CR2 in a text editor.
Edit the path to the OBJ file to that of your new file. (There are two instances where the path is declared in the CR2, a search for "OBJ" will find them.)
Save the CR2 with a new name.
Open Poser and load from the revised figure from the library.
If you have lost the original grouping then OBJ2CR2 may be your quickest route. It is not the only route, an alternative would be to group in Max or UVMapper etc.
