All the poses i find( freebies or to buy) are heroic poses( if male) or sexy poses(  if female)

There's almost none that are casual everyday stuff.

James P6 in Poser 6 had great stuff like STANDING, WAITING, BUSINESS, CONVERSATION. etc etc
That's the kind i want . And also female versions too.

Are there any packages sold or to download free?

That is a very good question.  There have been several posts commenting on that very same aspect of packaged poses.  There are a few around but they are as rare as hen's teeth.  Try:

use the james ones and tweak as necessary.

There should be a Male and Female pose folder in the Pose library. They are everyday poses that will work with most figures , some tweaking required.

In your General Preferences, make certain to choose: Use Universal Poses.

Then use the Universal Poses in the main Runtime POSE folder, which include, as markschum stated, male and female sets, which are basically P6 James' everday poses.

Then use the double check (universal pose) button to apply.

As stated already, tweak as needed.

There are also free everyday type poses available over in the DAZ forums for M4. I just don't have the link handy.

First of all i don't have Poser 8. I have poser 6.

Second, i want Everyday poses aside from the P6 James/ Jessi  poses included with poser. I want more and more realistic ones.  BUt similar categories( business, conversation, waiting, standing, Wish there would be FEAR/scared poses too )

The characters i usually use are V3 and M3 and James p6 based by the way.

(1) Check around at Qraffx,com; they may have some things that would work.

(2) I'm at work at the moment, but when I get home I'll ook in my archives to find a link to a site that has a ton of such poses, all for the P4s, which means you'll have to modify them a bit. Still, they're good starting points.

same goes for the P6 poses. I've been using the stock Poser poses on all my figures since V1 was released.

Do a search for Schabber .... he had a billion or so free poses on his 2 websites. also try the free stuff here. there must be 3 billion poses there as well.

You should find the generic Male and Female poses in the Poses folder. You can use the James or whatever you have on any figures, but you will have to adjust them. There arent a lot of comm9on poses, I suppose because most pics are not people standing or sitting around.

Schlabber was a good source, he seemed to take a break for a while though. Theres some poses for Antons Apollomaximus  , I dont know how they work on normal figures.

Adamthwaites site may have some freebies.
