Subject: New gift got Maximum Downloads exceeded message

I have a NEW gift that I just received notice of. However, the very FIRST time I tried to download the item, it tells me that my maximum downloads have been exceeded, even though I have NEVER downloaded it before and just got it.
Can someone fix ASAP. I have need of it for a commission.

Someone from staff got to me last night via e-mail. It was a new buyer and was being affected by a 24-hour delay. Thank you all for your responses.
