HI there,
Just made a purchase and had problems with the download (Firefox just suddenly said the files were done downloading, though they were only halfway done. And then, of course, Unzipping didn't work at all, since the whole thing wasn't downloaded.) I tried a few more times, had the same problem, and now I've reached my download limit.

Help, please?
