Hello,

Order no. 111726179 is 'stuck'.  I used my Render Reward and paid a balance through PayPal but the order still reflects an unpaid status.

Can someone check and advise?

Hmmm...according to Paypal the payment was completed...still unable to downlad the purchase though.

Since I haven't been able to download it, can I just have the order cleared (or cancelled), then have the rewards reset?

I can just use another payment method and work with Paypal to rescind payment for the balance they show paid that the Rendo Marketplace can't see (for some reason).

Did you receive an email from Paypal with a Paypal Transaction ID#?
