I was hoping there might be a plugin or something like that. Anyone know of any? -scott

No I don't think there are. I wish someone made plugins for Bryce, it could do so much more, but mabey someones working on some. As far as inexpensive Flash 3D, check out Swift 3Dor the new Amorphium Pro, they both can export Flash .SWF in full 3D. Let's all hope for some plugins for Bryce, all kinds of plugins, life would be grand. kaom

Yes you can use Photoshop plugins in Bryce, in the Terrain/Lattice editor and the materials lab. But I'm not talking about those kind of plugins, what I'm talking about are plugins that add features to the program itself, like exporting Flash or a plugin for different water effects. In other major 3D programs there many plugins to expand them, and let them do extra things. Plugins can add whole new features to a program, even Carrara has many plugins available for it. Photoshop plugins are not the same kind of thing, they are just for graphic manipulation.A far as using Photoshop pluigns in Bryce, in the terrain editor click the filtering tab, and under the righthand window there;s a little triangle(click it) and choose your Photoshop plugins directory, and you'll be able to use your plugins to make different terrains and lattices. Check out the link to a thread a while back about it. kaom
