The jaggies are because the falloff zones aren't 100% where they should be. Try messing with the joint editor and they'll eventually go away.
PhilC explains it in the readme for OBJ2CR2 (either there or on his site, I can't remember where I read it) Anyway it's a known "issue" with a relatively simple solution (well simple except the joint editor always makes me want to pull out my hair L)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.
There is no "one size fits all" where joint parameters are concerned. The OBJ2CR2 (and Wardrobe Wizard) will produce a very good basic rig but some fine tuning must be expected.
In OBJ2CR2 click the "Help" button. This will load a web page stored on your computer. Scroll down a couple of paragraphs to the line with the navigation links and click "Joint Parameters". Then sit back and watch the video :)

I've been having the same problem with trying to create a conforming coat for Mike 4. Everytime I go into the setup room and group the figure I come out with some "spikes" around the shoulders that behave strangely when I bend Mike 4's shoulders. So I tried PhilC's OBJ2CR2 program to try to solve the problem. Now the "spikes" aren't as pronounced as they were before but they are still there. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to get rid of these deformities? Thanks.I'm currently using Poser 7 and trying to conform a coat to Michael 4.
