There is a python script from ColorCurvature which can do what you ask for. Its in beta as far as I can tell, but it works for me. The script isn't free, though.
The only other tool I know of are the DAZ Advanced Setup Tools for DAZ Studio, if you don't mind the price tag.

Thank you all for your responses. I'll try them.
An alternate solution would be to export a Poser figure as an OBJ to a platform like Blender or XSI after posing it, but with its textures in place, so returning it to Poser for rendering wouldn't be necessary. Would anyone know how to do that, by any chance?
this is a tutorail i found sometime ago which might be usefull to you
only requires Poser and Zbrush!
Create Morphs on a Posed Figure
Written by fivecat
its a very smart way of working on a posed figure, wish i had thought of it myself :P
This ZBrush trick looks interesting. I do not own this powertool, so I cannot really judge how good it works. But I wonder somehow how ZBrush could actually revert all of Posers deformations just because it is getting two .OBJ as input ? You could post how good the results are, i'm really curious. I could assume it is using the normals somehow?

Does anyone here know of a way to:
- 1. POSE a figure in Poser 8,
I can do the first 3 steps with no problem, but not the fourth. And I can do all four if the figure is still in zero pose. But if the figure has BEEN posed, custom morphs can't be applied to it, no matter what I try.
I could only repay assistance with gratitude, but I would be very grateful for a solution to this problem. Thanks in advance.
