Probably he was overlooked. You realize that was all very probably in response to user complaint(s), it's not like they put rules like that in place for no reason at all.

That's exactly the reason. If someone didn't abuse a rule somewhere, stupid rules would not be in place. If you like, you can blame it on all those before you who tried to skirt the rules already in force at the time. They don't just pull these things out of their butts.
Now, rather than make this another bitch thread about the TOS (again) and getting back to topic...
Starkdog, I would make sure their ISP knows what that site is up to. Quickest way to get them shut down ;o).
