Hi Renderosity Team,

I also just ordered the 100 $ Gift Certificate

Order#: 111804481
Date: 2010-08-16

No Code in my Account.
That is the third Time I have ordered a Gift Cert and didn't get the Code until I posted in this Forum.
Others seem to have the same Problem.
I think there should be some improvement.

Hi Kristi,

thank you very much for your help.
I wanted the Gift Cert for myself, but when I enterd my own Username sigilind a message popped up telling me that I cannot purchase a Gift Cert for myself.
If I enter nothing the Gift Cert will not show up.
Is there no way around this?
I regulary buy every month on Renderosity and would like to buy a Gift Cert at the beginning of the month. But I refrained from that because it does not work correctly.

Hello,

We are looking into this and for right now, the only thing you can do after buying a gift certificate when paying through paypal is email us so we can manually fix it for you.

When you pay using a credit card, the code shows up in the account under the "gift certificate" link.

I have same problem, I also just ordered the 100 $ Gift Certificate

Order#: 111804553
Date: 2010-08-16

No Code in my Account, and gift certs.
I didn't use my gift certs, so paid with paypal.
please check my gift code.

I have same problem.
I bought $100 Gift Certificate for me.
Order number 111804533
Order Date 08/16/2010

I sent a site email to "Store Staff".
But I do not yet receive an answer.
So I write it in this forum.
