You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.
Thanks everyone!
When I heard I burst into tears!
One of the doctors I work with gave me a really nice bottle of red wine for Christmas last year. I never got around to opening it and the few times that I did go to open it I changed my mind and decided to wait for a special occasion.
Tonight is that occasion! So I'm cracking it open tonight to have with my dinner.

Quote - Only one bottle !
He only gave me one bottle! hehe
But I'm likely to only have 1 or 2 glasses. I'm not big on alcohol consumption. A couple beer, a few glasses of wine, a few mixed cocktails is about all I consume in a whole year. My drink of choice is Diet Coke with lime or plain ordinary tap water.

Quote - I just got back from my 6 week follow-up to my July 7th surgery for endometrial cancer.
I got the pathology results back today. The news is good! The cancer hadn't spread so surgery is all that I need!
I have to have very close monitoring for the next 6 years, a physical exam every 3 months for the next 2 years, gradually decreasing in frequency until 6 years. Then I'll be discharged from the clinic and considered "cured."
But for now I'm cancer "free" which is a huge relief!I go back to work on August 30th, as planned.
You are truly blessed! And so are we to have you in our midst! "Congratulations" seems almost insufficient but definitely better than "condolences."
Congratulations Acadia! My best friend recently got a clean bill of health after battling cancer although he has the kind of cancer that will return. Enjoy the relief and I hope you'll do something spectacular for yourself to celebrate your victory!
WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
