Subject: How do you keep the jeans on the figure?

Still another situation.  I am using James and in his clothing folder he has conforming jeans.  When I click on them they appear but dont exactly conform to him.   The tennis shoes are not fitting at all..and to make it worse when I select a James pose..either he bends and the jeans stay standing or the jeans bend and he stays standing.   Please advise and thank you.  Would also like some understanding of conforming vs dynamic.

Select the jeans ...
... then use the menu "Figure" >>> "Conform to..." >>> James.

Hello

That doesnt appear to work.  I increased the mesomorph on James and then hit conform and the pants had tons of holes in them..does it only work when James is his normal size?  If so how do I conform them to a slightly larger James?

Also when I applied a pose where James is sitting...holes appeared in the crotch area which isnt exactly what I had in mind..please advise and thank you.

Dont understand..do you mean use bend body parts?  Thanks.

geep ( ) posted Fri, 20 August 2010 at 8:15 PM

Yes ... if Bend Body Parts is OFF then you can get gaps when a figure is posed.

Some poses, especially radical ones  like sitting MAY create pokethru. The easiest way of dealing with it is to make James' hip/thighs/whatever pokes thru invisible.

And unless the clothing contains the necessary mrophs, it will only fit a figure in it's default, unmorphed stage.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Morphing Clothes can fix a lot of that.
