I hope you all can figure out why it did what it did. To me the most disturbing thing was that it said the coupon had expired (which it has not) and instead of just letting me stop there it went directly ahead and processed the order and put it into my account.
Do you have any idea why this may have done that?

Okay tried to use the coupon but got to checkout and it said that the coupon had expired. Now according to the newsletter I got it says:
This coupon is valid from now thru September 14th, 2010 at 11:59 pm CST. It is now 12:11amCST September 14th, I think I still have some time left on it
That means I have until midnight later today.
The really weird thing about it was that instead of it letting me try it again, it just went ahead and plopped it into my account marked unpaid without applying the coupon.
Please get this straightened out. I'm presuming that you can apply the coupon. If you can't please cancel the order, I'm not paying for it without the benefit of the coupon, especially since it was the system that screwed up.
