If you haven't done so already, y'all should check out Sintel; a stunningly beautiful short film from the folks over at the Blender Foundation.

I downloaded it on Friday, after seeing the write-up in 3DWorld magazine.
I agree - 12 minutes of beautiful modelling and captivating animation and storytelling.
I cried real tears at the ending - how's that for immersive?!

everything was done with open source. they didnt use photoshop but Gimp.

so everyrhing was done with free software.

amazing.

Free software used ok ..but still it costed 400.000 lol ...
But it was a nice little film....
