Hi,

 

Since last month now I don't receive coupon newsletter anymore...

I did not see the 10-10-10 coupon in my mailbox.

I verified the spam box . . . You're not in it.

 

Why is that so ?

Hello,

 

Please be sure that you have added Renderosity emails as a valid contact. I'm not showing a bounce for your email on our end.

I did... Until the end of september i received newletter emails.... Not anymore...

If a spam email arrives it directly goes to the spam box. Even if the sender is untrusted or anything.

I don't understand what's happening

You might contact your email provider to see if you can get some information. Our logs are not showing a bounce back so on our end it appears to have sent to you successfully
