Subject: Apo images and printing

I have decided to try and print some of my Apo images and I am finding that they are coming out pixelated.  Does anyone know how I can fix that or is that just inherent to the program?  Thank you for taking the time to read and any suggestions you may have!  Have a lovely week!

I recommend you give this article a good read, since your problem -i think- it's a matter of resolution.

The myth of dpi

Depending on what size you want your prints to be (at what dpi), it's the pixel resolution you have to render your image.

Hope it helps.

I'm not sure about APO, but i know when i went to print some of my Ultra Fractal images on poster size they had to be rendered way bigger than i ever normally do.  For poster size i rendered them at 4000 while normally i use 1280.  It took several hours to render an image that at the smaller size would finish in 10 or 15 minutes, but the results were well worth the effort.  I hope this helps.
