Subject: OLD RDS 5.5 reading PZ3

Reformatted my harddrive and had to re-install Poser 4 and RDS 5.5 However this Time It didn't look for my (Poser dir?) or viseversa It's been so long can't even remember which did what. RDS 5.5 doesn't see the poser files as valid documents any ideas how to do this??

You should look at your Poser 3 CD : the poser importer is on the CD. Copy it in the Ext directory. If you encounter problems, install the poser importer patch. Fabien

Thanks, thought I lost my old version of 3 just found it. However, the read me file for Poser 4.0.3 (didn't buy it till Curious Labs got it back) said it was enhanced or improved in this new version? Maybe I can find the same file name after I install 3. Thanks again...by the way I sent an e-mail to curious labs and they told me RDS in now Carrara (dah) and they didn't know where to get the patch for RDS??? must have been a transferre from metacreations. :)

Rather strange Curious Labs doesn't know where the patch is ! Did you ask on the Poser Forum ? Fabien3D CREAFab, la crtion numique autrement...
