I just used your newsletter 12 Days of Christmas Day 5 coupon for 30% off a $25.00 or more order and only received 15% off at checkout. It was Order #: 111872090

Here's the info for the coupon I'm referring to:

For tomorrow, Sunday December 19th only, we will be offering an exclusive coupon for our newsletter subscribers that is good for 30% off your next purchase of $25 or more. Please enter coupon code: Thanks!

The coupon was not valid for sale, clearance or bundle items.  So if any of that applied to anything in your cart, that is the reason for the difference.

The newsletter announcement doesn't say anything about sale items being excluded. Nor does the newsletter for the current discount. You only find out you can't have the discount when you're at checkout. 

The newsletters used to (as of time before last) say whether the discount applies to sale items or not. Now that information is left out.

Yes, the newsletter clearly states:

Coupon valid now through 11:59pm (cst) on Tuesday December 21st. Cannot be used on Sale, Clearance or Bundled products

and for the one from the 19th it stated:

Coupon valid now through 11:59pm (cst) on Sunday December 19th. Cannot be used on Sale, Clearance or Bundled products

A few paragraphs in the last couple newsletters have been black text on black background. When I highlight the whole thing and paste into Word I can see the discount restrictions. It may be an issue with my e-mail client. If so, apologies.

We've identified some CSS conflicts that might arise within certain mail clients.  In just a couple of hours we'll be sending our next '12 Days of Christmas' broadcast in which we hope will correct the problem of black text on black backgrounds.
