Here is my first one, now that I'm back from Texas. This one is a window shade in my daughter's bedroom.

And my second shot are the chairs lined up for my daughter's convocation at University of Texas at Austin. The pattern of the chairs told me right away that I had my second entry.

And my third entry is an old wall in a building on UT's campus. These were once a mail pickup area I believe. I am amazed at all the fine entries so far — very enjoyable!

I remember clamoring around similar mail boxes...all those students hoping for money from home!  I once in school scanned a letter too quickly then tossed it in a big disposal bin next to mail boxes , only to be seen with my feet sticking out later..had to find that letter in case there was money inside.   There was.

First attempt! Thought process: Christmas > Repetitive > TV (nothing but repeats!) > Pattern > Macro!

That is nauseous repetition, Andrew!

After my recent ride at our Ratanga Junction, the group I was with wished they had taken before/after shots of me – I was as white as a sheet, nauseous and unable to walk straight.

I will watch and take pictures, not ride again!

Hehe yeah Clive the secret is to not eat anything before you ride, and sea sick tablets help too! Luckily I don't get sea or coaster sick!

Thanks for the advise Andrew, I actually had not eaten before the ride, just forgot about my vertigo issues since an accident for years ago.  Thought I was past that, silly me! I now drive past the place and say 'done that!!'.
