Okay., Now, I'm getting a little annoyed.
If you look at and read the Refund Request for Mavka Hair thread, directly below this one, it is all there -- including your statement you had never received anything that time either.
I have sent requests to Store@; Admin@ and StoreStaff@. Never get a response. Even though your last response on this thread told me to use that in the future.
Has Renderosity deicded to just "stonewall" customers, until they give up trying to get help? I gave you the thread of Refund Request for Mavka Hair. How can you not go to that thread and get all the informaqtion you need?
I'm sorry if I sound angry, but frankly, I am upset and getting angry. I don't think I'm being treated fairly at all.

I've had several posters comment, but I've not heard anything from Admin since I supplied the information you requested last Thursday.
I appreciate any assistance I can get with the original request.
Included with my original response, and the second response where I laid out the time line of postings, the comments that follow should help provide any other information you might need.
BTW, a credit to my account is acceptable in place of a refund through PayPal.
