Subject: Yet another UV mapping question

Is there any way to transfer new UV mapping coordinates without transfering the actual geometry "obj" file? I'm working on a texture map for a DAZ figure, but needed to rework the UV map.

You need to load the original OBJ into UVMapper, remap, then save both the remapped OBJ and the new texture map.

Unless you mean distributing your remapping work, you can use UVMapper to save a UVs file to encode it. Then you could distribute that, and someone else would have to have the original OBJ and UVMapper to decode and use it.

Make a copy of your original OBJ before you change it, though. :-) TomD
