Also, what does material room settings reveal? Does a reflect node exist for those material zones, or is the vendor trying to fake reflection by using a sphere node with an image map? This is a very important consideration; if fake reflections is the case, then you will need to redo material zones to properly reflect the environment. Yes, there are too many lights for the scene, those will slow down render considerably rendering with raytracing. Lack of reflective environment, yes that is also true. You need something to reflect, either a skydome or a room with proper, realistic lighting. Also, you must use raytracing!

As can be seen in http://www.daz3d.com/i/3d-models/0/shades-of-atlantis?item=10398&cat=&_m=d he does get sparkle out of the gold trim but I'm not.
What would any of you do to make the trim sparkle like gold should?
