Are there any limits on the grab bag promotion, particularly regarding the gift certificates?  For example, if I started clearing out my wish list to the point where I received all of the bonus items, would I get a $15 GC for each grab bag after that?

If you have all the grab bag items, you would receive a $10 or $15 GC yes.

This isn't working.  I purchased enough items to get all the available grab-bag items and since then I have placed 2 orders and they both show a blank line where the free item should be.  Why am I not getting my gift certificates?

Just guessing, but I'd have thought that GCs would show up under "Gift Certs" as there isn't a file for them to link to in the download section (though it would obviously be helpful if the download slot had a notice mentioning this).

Thanks, but I checked there already.  I did get one GC through dumb luck while clearing out the list, and it was listed in place of the download link on the order, and they sent an email notifying me of the GC.  For the last 2 after I cleared out the rest of the grab bag items, nothing, just a blank line, no email, no new GCs.

I suspect that if you already got a GC as part of this event, you won't get another.
While I might be wrong, even the PTB at Renderosity may have worked out that they'd be out of pocket if they handed out unlimited $10-15 GCs for $5 purchases.

This isn't stated anywhere, even when I specifically asked in this thread.  Now I am stuck with a bunch of items I don't need and only purchased to clear out the grab bag items and get to the gift certificates.

I think in all fairness, RMP should either:

a) honor the gift certificates for those last 2 purchases, where I got nothing from the grab bag or

b) allow me to return the un-needed items I purchased to try and get the extra gift certificates.

I am sorry for the confusion and understand your concern.  I will send this over to somebody to have a look into.  Our office opens back up on Monday at 9 a.m. and someone should help you as soon as they can get to it.
