Mario, that thing in the river was really well seen.

Hi jcpowell!

Your photo is such fantastic to this challange!
Great idea and view on this, really stunning.

Hi Mario,

what a very special object to admire!
And in such a beautiful landscape too.

Oh Helle, I will do to the slim line, so that I can go through the front door from  that lovely fleesfree birdhouse.
Maybe I have to learn flying too!
Or do you give me a push?
:D

Great photos everyone, I like the grindstone too, I'd like one in my garden.                    I wanted to take a photo of a windmill but we were out driving and couldn't stop for the traffic.  :-(  Maybe next time.

I met this little fellow on Monday in a pond at the Heidelberg Botanic Garden.

He did not show any fear so I could move closer and
closer with my camera. I took about 7 macro pictures/close ups.

Finally (this picture) before he jumped away  it was a distance of only about 5 centimeters.

Possibly he or she was a photo model in a former life - LOL!

I hope you like him/her.
Please post comments.

I'm cleaning out the attic... I found these two small tambours that my mother used to embroider... I thought them were suitable for my third and final image of this challenge! My mother would be happy to know that I have preserved its tambours and I'm putting them on display... I was her torment because I never learned how to embroider!

dochtersions ( ) posted Thu, 14 April 2011 at 7:38 AM

I'm very impressed with your upload, dear Maria C.

Also about the story behind.

This tambours are antique, I guess, and so very special to me.

A great contribution, this third one of you, my friend.

Please keep them coming!
