Here is a preview of my upcomming Millennium Morph Collection Volume I. If you're like me, then over time you've grown a bit tired of looking at Michael's face(Shown in the center of the image above). That's why I've created these 8 unique character morphs for Michael. Ambrose, Arturo, Chris, Ethan, Heath, Kyle, Paul and Steven will be making their way to the Marketplace this week. They'll be ready and willing to step in for Michael and play whatever role you require. Let me know what you think. And for those of you who don't frequent the Marketplace as of yet, look for my morphs for both Michael & Victoria in the freestuff section later this week. whwhitney

YOur very talented so please dont't get this wrong, They all look related as if they are brothers and cousins. It would be cool to see some morphs that make one mike figure look unrelated to another.

I've noticed the same thing with many "assortments" of poser characters, but when I've loaded them, with various hair, textures, etc. they become startlingly different. These show a sameness based mainly on idententical bald pates & skin textures, Cap the pic, & either on a printout, or in a post-prod software, scribble in hair, beard, darker skin, etc. - These are really as nice a selection of average guys as I'd want in a scene, given a bit of variety in stature & body types, they'd suit me quite nicely, although I'd probably tweak them a bit to make them a bit asymetrical, diff eye-placement & such. A couple of genuinely Homely blokes would sweeten the selection. Hope they're in my price range :) Nice work.

Thank you both for your feedback. It was my intention to make each morph different from the next, and in the end different from Michael. I've posted the image above to show the morphs from front, three-quarter, and profile views. This should make it easier to see the differences between the faces. Mesh Magick: I didn't take it the wrong way. I appreciate your honesty. I may do a bit of tweaking to remove some similar elements. Leather-Guy: I used the same texture map(default daz3d for mike), lighting set up, and chose to present the morphs without hair in order to let the morphs stand on their own. Maybe I should do a few images in the gallery in order to show a bit of the additional variation you mention. I have been going back and forth on the asymetrical aspect of the morphs. Maybe I will offer symmetrical and asymetrical versions of each morph. Would that make the package more attractive in your eyes? As far as the homely blokes, I may rough up a morph or two, or I may just wait and do a set of more homely blokes. I'll decide soon. To everyone: Which morphs do you like the most? The least? Any additional feedback would be greatly appreciated. whwhitney

I like the second treatment - profiles accentuate the differences! Although I couldn't say why, I think I like Steven & Ethan best. When I do a character, I usually do a gallery render showing blank & with texture for contrast - I'll try & clip a small render of 4 to this to show what I mean. BTW, have you decided a price, yet? I bought Michael Friday, but they're mailing the disk to me, & I'm getting a selection of Michael-specific add-ons.

You know if you used different eye colors, hair colors, and skin textures these would look like strangers to each other. I find they are quite different.
