About the armsuit...

The whole cr2 must be written in Japanese...it won't load in my English version of Poser.

When I open it in a text editor, it's all just unreadable characters.

That sounds more like it wasn't unpacked/decrypted properly as most of the text in Poser files is the same no matter what the language of the version of Poser (only some of the channel names are affected IIRC).
