Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 27 5:12 pm)
I'm pretty sure Poser Debut has some limited features which you may want to explore later. Poser Pro 2010 is on sale at Amazon at a good price ( I don't know what you can afford but this is a much lower price than SM is offering) so I would invest in that and use the features I wanted but could experiment with others later.
Content Paradise offers a 30 day money back deal doesn't it?
If so I say go for it. I made the jump from DAZ Studio to Poser Debut and have been really happy with the decision. It even has video tutorials built-in to help you quickly learn the different interface.
One observation I made really early on is that my scenes save SO much faster than they did in DS... I only wish there was a way to open DS scenes in Poser instead of having to recreate them from scratch (thanks for using proprietary file formats DAZ ).

I do not have the money to invest in a full scale Poser version. Have anybody here looked into Smith Micro's new Poser Debut? It's much less money than DAZ Studio Advanced and I was just wondering if I would be able to put my Vickey, Michael and Kisds 4 in there and render with a reasonably good result.
Any thoughts would be appriciated.
