I have it, but have not played with it. It says you can, but like most software, it probably takes time to get it really accurate. Sadly, I don't have to volunteer for your project. Good Luck.

i have faceshop 3.7 one of the first released (wish i could afford the new one) but, it takes some practice with it to get the left and right sides to really match up, it also just takes the characters default head and just gives it the general shape that the pic provides, the textures it makes using the picture is really not usable as it wont match up with any body textures that exist... also the quality of the pics is really important.....they must be straight on for the front and straight on for the side view or the head will come out crooked.... if you would like to pm me here and send me a link to the pics you have i'll give it a go for a link back credit if you use it.
i have had some success with it, as you can see with my personal characters like daxx

Anyone have Faceshop? I need to take a photograph and make a mesh, character set, whatever, that I can use in Daz3d.
Faceshop is, like, $60 bucks so I need to know that it can do what I want before I buy it?
Alternately, is there anyone out there who has Faceshop who might be willing to make the character for me? It's for a film. I could give you an official credit.
