Subject: Anyone from Conrucopia3d here?

After a whole day of offline for maintainence ... I can no longer log into my account at C3d.  I've tried resetting my password and even three attempts brought up nothing.  The site won't take my system generatind passwords any better than my original ... which was programed into my security program so I know it was the right password.  Any suggestions?

Suggestion one - Contact Christie at support@cornucopia3d.com

Suggestion two - Wait a little bit if possible, there are probably some issues and the support address is probably flooded with similar problems.

Thankds for aquick reply.  I can finally log on ... but I can't access  "edit my profile" to edit my password.  I'll try to be patient.  I just need to get some help with the latest competition. :)

Empty your browser cache, it should do the trick.

you have to not use the cut/paste for the password! ;-)
