I can understand German fairly well, but I'm not good enough to write an answer in German, so excuse me for answering in English. Hope you understand anyway: Textures and clothes are imported in Poser by placing the unzipped files in the appropriate folders. Textures goes in the folder runtimetextures (or a subfolder). The clothes consists of .obj files, wich belongs in an appropriate folder under runtimegeomitries and a .cr2 file, which you place in a folder in runtimelibrariescharacters. If you are a PC user, don't forget the .rsr files that comes with the .obj and .cr2 files, they must be placed in the same folders. When you download textures and clothes, they usually comes in a zipped file. The contributor is very often kind enough to enclose the folder structure in the zip file, so when you unzip the files into you Poser folder, all files will end up in the correct folders automatically. There are some turorials on the Internet about the Poser file structures which will help you to understand which files belongs where.
